Ebonyi State Governor, Rt. Hon. Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru, has warned that his administration will not tolerate actions capable of slowing down development in the state.
The governor issued the warning on Thursday during his New Year broadcast to residents, where he outlined his administration’s direction and priorities for 2026.
According to him, discipline and accountability would remain central to governance in Ebonyi State, stressing that government officials and stakeholders must align with the vision of sustained development.
He noted that projects and policies initiated by his administration would be pursued with renewed focus, adding that any form of sabotage or complacency would be addressed.
Governor Nwifuru called on residents to support government efforts, saying development was a collective responsibility.
