The official launch of the SABER initiative marks a significant milestone in Ebonyi’s journey toward an improved Ease of Doing Business ranking. The programme reflects the government’s dedication to strengthening its regulatory systems, simplifying administrative procedures, and attracting new investments into the state’s expanding economy.
SABER is a nationwide reform initiative aimed at enhancing Nigeria’s business environment through streamlined regulations, digital processes, and improved collaboration between government institutions and the private sector.
