The Governor of Francis Nwifuru has approved a five-year full scholarship for students of the newly established Ebonyi State University of ICT, Science and Technology as the institution officially matriculated its first batch of 187 students.
The scholarship announcement came during the university’s maiden matriculation ceremony, marking a major milestone in the development of higher education and technology-driven learning in Ebonyi State.
Speaking at the event, Governor Nwifuru reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to strengthening education, particularly in the areas of information and communication technology (ICT), science, and innovation.
