Governor Nwifuru Congratulates Charles Soludo on Anambra Re-Election

Date:

Ebonyi State Governor, Francis Nwifuru, has congratulated Professor Charles Chukwuma Soludo on his re-election as Governor of Anambra State during the November 8, 2025 Anambra Governorship Election.

In a statement released by his Chief Press Secretary, Dr. Monday Uzor, and shared with journalists in Abakaliki, Governor Nwifuru described Soludo’s victory as a strong approval of his outstanding performance during his first term in office.

Governor Nwifuru noted that the outcome of the election reflects the trust and confidence the people of Anambra have in Soludo’s visionary leadership, intellectual capacity, and commitment to development—especially towards the advancement of the Igbo region and Nigeria.

“On behalf of the government and people of Ebonyi State, I warmly congratulate Professor Charles Chukwuma Soludo, CFR, on his well-deserved re-election,” Nwifuru stated.

He further expressed optimism that Soludo’s second term will deepen democratic values, strengthen good governance, and advance an Igbo-centric development agenda across the South-East.

Governor Nwifuru also emphasized his willingness to work closely with Soludo in fostering regional cooperation between Ebonyi and Anambra States, particularly in areas of economic transformation and integration.

“As a fellow governor and brother in service, I look forward to deeper collaboration for the progress of our people,” he added.
