Work Underway at Presco Junction 10-Storey Building Following Inspection by Governor Nwifuru

Date:

The Ebonyi State Government has commenced work on the 10-storey building located at Presco Junction, days after Governor Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru pledged to ensure its completion.

Governor Nwifuru, who inspected the site on Saturday, confirmed that the premises had been cleared in line with his directive, allowing construction activities to begin.

“I am delighted to know that the premises of the 10-storey building at Presco Junction has been cleared as I directed. Completion of works at the building will commence immediately,” the governor stated.

He further noted that the structure passed the government’s earlier integrity test and expressed confidence in its stability.

“During my inspection of the site yesterday, I discovered that the reinforcement members of the building were well calculated. So we are good to go with the completion of this unique project,” he added.

Governor Nwifuru emphasized that the initiative is part of his administration’s commitment to addressing the developmental needs of Ebonyi people.

“It is all about the needs of Ebonyi people,” he affirmed.

The 10-storey building is expected to serve as a major landmark upon completion, contributing to the infrastructural growth and modernization of the state capital.
