As part of activities marking the second anniversary of the current administration, the Ebonyi State Government has launched a Ministerial Account of Stewardship media programme.
Approved by His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Bldr. Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru, FNIOB, FCAI, GGCEHF, the programme will air live on EBBC Salt Radio and Television from May 1 to May 26, 2025, between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. daily.
According to the Honourable Commissioner for Information and State Orientation, Engr. Jude Chikadibia Okpor, the initiative will feature Commissioners and Heads of Ministries who will give detailed accounts of their achievements under the “People’s Charter of Needs” policy.
The media tour will cover all state ministries, including Health, Works, Education, Water Resources, Youths & Sports, Agriculture, Commerce, Budget, and others. It is expected to deepen public engagement, foster transparency, and highlight progress made since 2023.
The programme will kick off with the Ministry of Infrastructural Development for Concession on May 1, 2025, and end with the Head of Service, Ministry of Information & State Orientation, and Ministry of Internal Security on May 26, 2025.
Citizens are encouraged to tune in, participate, and celebrate the administration’s achievements as Ebonyi State continues on the path of sustainable development.
