Dr. Obinna Iyiegbu, popularly known as Obi Cubana, has announced plans to establish a tricycle assembly plant in Ebonyi State. Following a meeting with Governor Francis Nwifuru in Abakaliki, he highlighted the state’s peaceful environment, improved security, and infrastructural growth as key reasons for his investment decision.
He praised the governor for fostering a business-friendly atmosphere that attracts investors. Stressing the need for local investment, he noted that entrepreneurs should not focus solely on other states while neglecting Ebonyi. With one of his key partners being from the state, he reaffirmed his commitment to driving economic growth through industrialization.
Preparations for the project are already underway, with significant progress expected in the coming months. The initiative is set to create jobs, stimulate economic activities, and contribute to the state’s industrial development.
