Tragedy struck as a bus belonging to the Ebonyi State Transport Corporation (EBOTRANS) was involved in a fatal accident along the Port Harcourt-Enugu Expressway, near the Ohiya Mechanic Village axis in Abia State. The vehicle reportedly somersaulted multiple times, leading to the death of five passengers and leaving others injured.
