In a grand ceremony held yesterday in Ezillo, Ishielu LGA, Ebonyi State, Amb. (Dr.) Victor Azubike Chime was bestowed with the esteemed title of Ide 1 of Ezillo Kingdom by His Royal Highness, Eze Innocent Chima Okafor, the Okemiri 1 of Ezillo Kingdom.
The monarch highlighted that the recognition was granted to Chief Chime in appreciation of his significant contributions to the community. Chief Chime expressed his heartfelt thanks for the honor and vowed to continue his efforts in advancing the kingdom’s development.
“I am deeply grateful to the monarch and the people of Ezillo Kingdom for finding me worthy of this title. This recognition will inspire me to further dedicate myself to the progress of the community and the well-being of humanity,” Chief Chime said after the ceremony.
Additionally, Mr. Chime Christian, a relative, praised both the monarch and the people of Ezillo for conferring the title on Chief Chime, affirming the community’s confidence in his ability to contribute to its future growth.
