Architect Chief Christian Asaga Nwali, Ph.D., is once again making headlines for his unwavering generosity. The Chairman of C-Sagas Group of Companies has built and donated two 6-bedroom duplexes and a 4-bedroom bungalow to three families in Ikwo Local Government Area of Ebonyi State.
The recipients of this benevolence are Engr. Imeze Obinna (his Manager), Mr. Nwali Nnamdi Asaga (his elder brother), and Mr. Chukwuma Ngwuta (a community elder). While Engr. Obinna and Mr. Nnamdi received 6-bedroom duplexes, Mr. Ngwuta was gifted a 4-bedroom bungalow.
This gesture follows a similar act on November 19, 2024, when Dr. Nwali donated a state-of-the-art 4-bedroom bungalow with boy’s quarters to Engr. Donatus Azunku, his Project Engineer from Izzi LGA.
Speaking in Abuja about his philanthropic mission, Dr. Nwali explained:”I believe small acts of kindness can change the world. Whatever I have, God gave me, and I see helping others as a way to show gratitude to Him. Seeing the happiness my actions bring is deeply fulfilling.”
He urged Nigerians to remain steadfast in their faith and upright in their dealings, regardless of economic challenges, while continuing to pray for and support national leaders.
Dr. Nwali’s dedication to humanity has earned him several chieftaincy titles, including Ebubedike 1 of Unweka Ancient Kingdom. He is also recognized as Odozie Obodo 1 of Ameka Ikwo and Uzochukwu Wara 1 of Ekpelu Kingdom.
As a leading entrepreneur, he owns establishments such as Cirenes Hotels in Abakaliki, Exclusive Serene Hotels in Enugu and Abuja, and C-Sagas Luxury Homes Ltd. His ventures have created over 2,000 jobs, contributing significantly to Nigeria’s economy and urban development.
Dr. Nwali has impacted many through initiatives like rural electrification, building churches and town halls, establishing scholarships, and donating over 50 cars to employees and NGOs. He also supports skill acquisition programs to empower youth.
In 2023, he distributed exotic cars to staff in Ebonyi State, and earlier this year, his company built and donated a church building to the Deeper Life Bible Church in Ameka, Ikwo.
His ongoing efforts to uplift communities and individuals have cemented his legacy as a compassionate leader and visionary philanthropist.
